Who's going? I'm a little disappointed so far. I really wanted to go by boat, but the wind doesn't look good. Myself and my friend with a 39 Rinker were going together. They are calling for 16+Knots out of the North. Pretty snotty weather. I'm wondering if I should just go for it. We'll see the morning of I guess. Looking to go Saturday.

I'll sneak in by car sometime Friday.
Love to boat over but, not enough times this year.

I've got some friends flying in from Kansas for the show.

I would not take the boat. Come across by car. I believe on Tuesday they were calling for 6 footers on the Sound so it would be a really rough trip unless that's your thing especially since the wind will be out of the north and in your face on the up trip. I'll drive in Manhattan for sport, but 6 footers is where i draw the line.

Just looked at the winds. 10-20 out of the north going down to 7-12 by 5pm. No 6 footers here. Calling for 2 footers and 1-2 on the way home. I'll have 8 people so that should weigh it down a bit...lol I'll be careful

Is it at Norwalk Cove Marina and what dose it cost to dock for the day while at the show?

Just in case anyone needs more details on where to dock at the show. Norwalk Cove has no transient slips available.

However you can stay on the hook and they will send a launch service to get you in and out. Additionally, the Norwalk town dock might be an option, however, that would be a short Uber, or taxi ride to get to the show. More info for the town dock can be found here. http://www.norwalkct.org/306/Norwalk-Visitors-Docks
