Spent the past week on Norris Lk. ( 35,000 acres). Very beautiful with the clearest blue green water.

Looks like you had a good time...except for the flat. Thanks for sharing the pics. Can't wait for some good boating weather up here in Michigan.

Glad you didn't loose the load with the flat, I'd show you some great pics of a jack-knifed F250, a trailer and a bunch of dirt on SR126 this weekend if it weren't for those pesky SOP's..(BTW, topsoil works better that floordry for a "truck loadof fluid in the roadway). Was that the ramp at Deerfield?? how was the trip post exit 134? any concerns with overhead clearance? was the ramp good enough for our boats? concerns? comments? the water looks fantastic. Can't wait to get the 280 plus seadoo x 2 to Norris:smt038:smt038:smt038

Looks like fun expect for the flat. Thanks for posting

That is my home lake. I am Docked at Mountain Lake Marina, near the Norris Dam.

If you have any concerns about launching your boat, you would have no issues at the dam. So, unless you can get confirmation that you will not have issues elsewhere, plan to launch there.

THey launch 80' houseboats there. Ramps not too steep, and not too shallow.. plus plenty long.
