I removed the water hose comming into the water pump, started the boat, and no water comming in. Bad water pump? Impellers? :smt100

Was it in the water??? Just kidding...I would suspect the impeller. Have you ever started the engine dry and moved into gear? Backflush the intake hose to make sure you did not pick up a bunch of mud the last time out and to clear any impeller pieces if it came apart.

Where I would start! Pull the lower and check it. Its not that difficult to do. Just don't drop it.

I dont know your drive.
Trailer position on the trailer, look under the drive and see if the raw water hose is soft, kinked or something else..
