No starboard throttle response

Hi,

I have a 2004 390 sundancer with cummins 5.9 qsb 380s. Never had issues previously but yesterday when I went to out I had no throttle response on starboard engine. Would engage but would not throttle up. If I used engine synchronizing it would not work either. I've goggled everything's but am getting no leads. Is there a way to switch the engine syn to the port throttle. Is this electronic controls.

Update. Worked today for about 15 mins and then stopped again. Any ideas

Sounds like a linkage issue. Can you not compare the two engines when you move the throttles
