No spark in Sea Rayder

Just got a 93 sea rayder from a friend, 340EC sucks for tubing, little pricy. Rayder has no spark, starter dead, gonna pull start it to see what's up but I pulled the kill switch out to look at it and there were 4 wires. why are there 4 wires?

Have you checked the circuit breaker on top of the motor? If the circuit breaker is tripped it will kill power to everything (ie. starter, ignition).

There was a fuse that was not blown, you mean that?
