It appears that we are no longer getting power to the shower bilge pump located under the step. Does anyone know offhand what this circuit is tied to? Where does it terminate for power?

There does not appear to be a fuse for it in the fuse box, all other power circuits on the boat appear to be in working order.

I *think* it's wired in with one of the Main DC breakers next to your galley. I'm not positive as I don't have my manual handy. You may want to check yours to verify.

Have you tried manually lifting the float valve? How dirty is it inside the "box"?

I had the same problem last year, it ended being a piece of junk that jammed the impeller on the pump itself. Once I cleared that, it still didn't work until I reset the circuit which, on my boat, is on the bilge breaker box in my engine room. Hope this helps!

Good point. Forgot about that panel.

On the 260DA, it will be in the aft cockpit storage compartment. On my '99, it's on the starboard side, just inside the cockpit door. On the '03, it might be on the port side.

But, again, I don't know for sure which breaker panel the sump goes through.

I replaced my switch, pump and installed a red LED power indicator light......

I've confirmed via a multimeter that there is no incoming power on the circuit. After I get power to it, then I'll start troubleshooting the bilge itself.

We found the problem after washing down the bathroom and it overflowed the sump, I have no idea how long it's been off.

I forgot about the wiring diagrams available from Sea Ray I'll check those this weekend....

I like that idea,,, I could stick one inline on those akward circuits that would atleast confirm visually powered or unpowered :)
