No more searay

Good to hear, Congratulations on the new boat. I have been contemplating making the change from Sea Ray to Formula as well. i would appreciate some comments and thoughts on the differences that you have seen going over to Formula. If you do not feel comfortable in responding on here please IM me. Thanks
So as far as fit and finish goes formula surpasses searay from what I see so far. Stronger hinges much sterdier cabinetry and nothing really rattles or shakes.
Wiring throughout the boat is much more detailed and payed attending to. Every wire is labeled with a label maker type sticker. And can read almost all of them after 23 years. And much neater. I know it's a different animal when it comes to hull type but much smoother stable and faster ride then most boats in its class that I've been on. Heavy chop? What's chop? Eats a 3-4 ft short period chop like it's not even there. They definitely failed on my year and model with the interior but that was a known issue for years. Bad batch of glue used to glue the interior fabric to the walls and headlining. It's all dropping.(next winter project) oh fuel burn and speed is incredible. At 2050 24knts at 20gph 2350 28knts 25-28 gph

my dentist had one of these in the early 2000s based in Ft Myers... he loved the boat, put 400-600hrs a year all over the Keys and Bahamas great hull design. best of luck.

Even better! How about some before and after shots!
I agree.... it’s okay to show a work in progress....me a few weeks ago

Congrats! Almost bought a 41PC a few years ago. Beautiful boat. Well laid out inside. Nice fit and finish.

More pictures tomorrow. Cockpit carpet and all seats are being picked up tomorrow morning to be installed. Added 3 tvs in the cabin and she's ready for a rainy memorial day weekend!

That shifter placement would drive me nuts with them not being on the same plane.
I thought the same and it definitely isn't comfortable BUT with the 5 blade props and the diesels she goes where I want when I want how I want in just about any wind. Put her in the slip stern in south with a 25knt wind or the north like there was 0 wind. Couldn't do that with my 454's and no throttling

What’s up with the boat on the rocks ?
Bahahaha I was waiting for somebody to catch that. I was standing at the back of a friend's slip in my marina and I watched him approached on plane. He just never stopped or turned. Hell of a thing to watch. Ramped it right up and parked. Sober to. Nobody hurt. He was on hisFirst date I think it was oral sensation that got him in trouble. And he didn't deny it
