New owner here - I just bought a used '07 340 Sundancer and having problems getting any sound out of the stereo in the cabin. It works fine in the cockpit. I’ve already checked the fader control on the unit, tested the on/off rocker switches by the stairs, and pulled the unit out to look for any loose connections. Everything checks out.
Next I’d like to take a look at the amps to check for power but have no idea how to get to them.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

My 07 320 is 2 different systems. I have the clarion which plays the cockpit speakers and then closer to the vberth another head unit that controls the dvd/tv as well as the cabin system. You could have 2 separate also. If you play the TV, do the cabin speakers work?

My 320 has one stereo system where the cabin speakers run directly from the head unit and the cockpit speakers are off the amp under the salon/dinette couch. I believe the 340 has two amps but I think they are located closer to the forward berth on the starboard side. Check your amps as well as the connections on the back of the stereo unit.

I'm having a similar but slightly different problem. All the speakers on my 07 340DA work except the two on the starboard side of the cockpit. Swim platform speaker on stbd side works. Suggestions?

I would follow the speaker wires and verify the connections.
