Hi to all:
My name3 is Marty 42 yr old married man live in Rockwood mi. This is the 1st Sea ray I've owned well thinking of owning .Had 5 previous boats last one being 215 sundowner fourwinns. I live and boat mainly lake Erie looking to take some furher trips this yaer with the family. That brings me to my question also. I had the boat serveyed last night it is relativly in good shape 2 areas of cocern back by the transom were the anoide goes thru the transom. There it pegged the meter and is hollow sounding to the tap of a hammer. The other concern is under the water pump is bad also . I was wondering if anyone else has had similiar issues and how to fix. I do fiberglass work and really did not want to tear it all out if I don't need to. Does anyone know of a product that I can maybe drill holes in the transom from inside the boat but not all the way thru and fill with some kind of epoxy for wood rot filler etc. It is a 1986 300 weekender in like I and servyor say relativly good shape
Thanks for any advice Marty
