Newbie here looking at a 1989 280 Sundancer

Going to look at a 1989 280 Sundancer this weekend...Need advice on who owns one of these, experiences and etc...Would of course have it surveyed....supposedly is extremely clean and well maintained. California Delta boat..I am planning on buying a boat to berth in the Santa Cruz, Ca. harbor.....Engines have 470 hours and are raw water cooled which has me a little concerned as it appears they have never been replaced. (risers and manifolds) although don't know how tought the Delta waters are on these....
Any overall input on this particular model and year would be appreciated.....looking to weekend on an occasionally fish of of for my wife and I.. (asking 21,000)
