You'll enjoy boating as long as you take the time to read a few articles make safety your number 1 priority on the water, establish a few contacts and KNOW your limits. Great hobby, loads of fun with family and friends but can be exhausting if you don't learn a few "must know" items. Scheduled maintenance YOU can do, scheduled maintenance you can't do but your local trusted boat mechanic can. Know when to allow the professionals to take over, most are great people and don't mind taking a few minutes to show you how to do something knowing you will use them for the more complex efforts, remain loyal to those who are fair and reasonable professional attempting to make a living. Watch out for the internet professional (not all are bad) but a few can be very misleading, you'll be able to tell the difference in a short amount of time. Saltwater boating is much different than freshwater boating, both equally fun, both equally dangerous when common sense, and respect isn't observed. Have fun, enjoy life and visit the water often.

I had a '95 with the same colors... Loved the boat so much that we traded up a the end of the season... Then we missed it so much that now we have small Sundeck to kick around in.. Enjoy..
