Welcome from Idaho!
Six months? Even clear up in north Idaho, we hit the water around March. You know you want to...
'Very nice looking boat, by the way.

Looks well cared for. Enjoy!

Good luck with you're new ride. Where RU located? Fresh or salt water? With the 4.3s consider installing larger trim tabs. They will help you get up on plane and stay there especially when heavily loaded.

Very nice! Amazing how much more space there is in the 290 vs the 260. Love it, man!

Nice boat, congrats, where you located?

Congrats! Looks very familiar... I have a 97 290DA as well. Single 454 though. Yours looks exceptionally clean. I like the carpet runners and interior cushion colors someone chose.

Hawk. I am so jealous, would love that boat. Its gorgeous. But i got a question. I have the same engine in a boat that must weigh half yours. 5300#.
Besides the pretty, are you ok with way it runs? I am surprised its a single.

Welcome to Sea Ray and to CSR. Looks like you found a great boat. Congrats!

This is a great place to hang out, ask questions and just enjoy the camaraderie.

Didn't see this until now. Thanks. Nothing to be jealous about for sure. You have a nice hole in the water too. Alot blood and sweat with quite a bit of coin and that's what got me to where I'm at with it. I couldn't be happier with how it runs. Now anyway... Pulls my sons on the tube well and I go 35 without a problem. Not a speed demo, but gets it done. There's quite a bit of difference with my motor and yours unless you upgraded. Mine is a gen 6 454 which is a roller motor. I put the mag cam in it too.
