It is official I have moved up from a 2452 Bayliner to a new to me 1987 Weekender 300:smt038. I am as happy as a clam

Congratulations, had a 88 WE for over 20 seasons, great boat. Lots of room and the 11 foot beam gives you a very stable ride.

Welcome to the 30' Weekender club :smt038

It is one helluva a boat. I am 3 days away from getting mine in the water, and can't wait! I think you will love the wide open cockpit, and plenty of space down below for spending the weekend aboard (hence the name).

Best of luck to you with your new boat. Be safe!

Welcome to the Dark Side, you have made a great choice.

Congrats ,I made the same move but from a 2655,I am in the water already and on my way up to do my first nights stay tonight.Along with a four foot dock streaching excersize, gonna pack some ibuprofene .Will get some pics on here soon too, my camera battery died on launch day so i only got the one signature pic then.I refinished cockpit, interior and new camper this winter besides all the seasonal regular maintainance ,like rebuilding water pumps and scrubbing bilges and resealing all through hulls and all new hoses and head and sanitation pipe anddd.... wow i need a nap soon.
