Hi All,

After several years of trailer boating around the state (Lk Charlevoix, Les Cheneaux Islands, Torch, Indian River), we sold our 268 Monterey last September and just took delivery of a 2003 340 Searay Sundancer. We are slipped in Grand Haven and look forward to meeting new folks and enjoying the summer on it. We have a 5 and 7 yr old, that have both been on boats since they were infants. I have lots to learn so I welcome any advice/suggestions.

I have been an avid reader of CSR forums over the last few months, and really enjoy all of the information. boat.jpg

The 340 is a great Sea Ray! Welcome to CSR!

Beautiful boat. We slipped in Grand Haven for 7 years, now in Muskegon this year. We do 1800 miles a summer or so travelling all over Lake MI .
PM me with specific questions any time. Have a great time!

Welcome, we slip at Keenen Marine in Spring Lake. Where are you? With a name like 'Brew Crew' I'm sure you have a lot of friends.

Congrats on the new 340. Your family will sure enjoy the extra room for things to pack to keep those guys entertained. Our kids usually slept on long trips and out lasted us every evening. 83 miles over There are some great kids friendly places in MKE. Discovery world & Betty Brin Children's Museum.

You will love to hear the kids memories 15 years from know!

Welcome! We are from the east side of MI, but will be in Grand Haven at the end of June for about a week. Let me know if you guys want to tie-up and enjoy the lake while we are there.

Great Boat!

Hey Jeff....clear some inbox space I cannot PM you.....

I'm at Village Cove Marina in Spring Lake. Lots of great places to go in Grand Haven / Spring Lake. Smiths Bay, just inside Spring Lake is a good anchor spot. I spend a lot of time there in the summer.

Welcome, is it deep enough at Village Cove now, it was "iffy" a couple of weeks ago. See you on the water,

Thanks all. I have a huge list of things to do, to make the boat "mine". We are from the east side of the state as well. I will look out for you as we travel the lake this summer. We ended up in North Shore Marina due to a recommendation from a co worker. Don't let the name mislead you, we chose it because of our family's last name. While we certainly enjoy a few brew's, we try to do it responsibly now days.

I have 3ft of water in my slip. However, you have to be careful in the entrance. Have to keep tight to the docks on the north side. I hit something swinging out too far and bent a prop. Not a fun start to the season. Especially since I had just had them prop scanned my Holland Propeller!

Welcome to CSR and to that dream boat of yours. We are in Montague Whitehall it's north of grand haven and we love it . Now sum escape is right in our back door. I hope to see them on the water this summer , s SUM pm me if you get a chance like to hear from you!!!

Welcome to CSR from the other side!
