Hello everyone,
I run the lakes and delta in northern California with my 86 Sea Ray 270. This is a replacement boat for an 86 Sea Ray Seville that I lost in the 2020 wildfires. I'm glad to be back on the water and really love the size and comfort of the 270. We are still doing some upgrades and maintenance, so I'm sure that I'll have some questions. I'm looking forward to talking with the "club"!

Thank you! I appreciate it.

Welcome. That 270 is a beautiful come back to the boating world. Best of luck with it.

Thanks Byron!

Thank you! I was looking for a newer boat but this one came along. The hull and engines checked out with flying colors. Outdrives were good too. No bottom paint meant didn't sit in the water too long at any time, 10 foot beam and it came with a heavy duty trailer. I do have some maintenance to do though.

I'm looking forward to learning about different boating destinations and upgrade ideas.

Welcome to the board. As I did you will find a wealth of input from the club. Now go get her wet!

Welcome, maybe see you out there sometime.
Thank you! I like your avatar! Have you visited Angel Island? We're going to make an overnight stay out there in the spring or summer (when the weather is right). As I'm sure you know, the wind can be brutal in the delta sometimes.

Thank you! We are anxious to get out there! Probably, just like everyone else on this forum.
