Had the extended swim platform added about a month ago and LOVE it!

Not the best picture, but this was taken as the boat was being put back into the water after being hauled for Hurricane Irene last week.

Looks great! Goes perfect with the lines of the boat. What company did you use? I am kicking around the idea.

I ordered the platform from swimplatforms.com and had it shipped to NY.

I had the dealer install it as I don't have a trailer and they took a little over 6 1/2 hours to do so (which is between the 6 and 8 estimated by the manufacturer). Don't know if that actually was what it took them, but since the boat is still under warranty, I figured it was best to let them drill the holes!

I will post more pictures soon!

Additional closeup photos taken today (as requested LOL) of the new swim platform....

Nice - these extended platforms add so much extra usable space. I'm seriously considering adding one this offseason. I got a price form swimplatforms.com and it was very reasonable and the wife is onboard with the idea, so it's just a matter of pulling the trigger. I also need to confirm with the dry storage people that the platform won't cause any issues, but I'm pretty sure I've seen other boats in the racks with similar platforms, so I doubt it will be an issue.

Probably the angle of the pic, but does the platform look a bit offset to starboard?

It was just the angle that my daughter took the shot from. I had some stuff on my dock, so she had to take it offset. It is perfectly straight when you look dead-on and it is molded to be perfectly flush with the transom.

We did an 11 boat raftup last weekend and I was the 2nd to smallest boat (I was tied to a 40' Ocean Yacht on my starboard-side with a 22' Parker tied to my port-side). My platform ended up being the hangout for about 1/3 of the time!

Take into account the shipping and installation costs. My shipping was a tad high, but then again it came from the other coast! If you are patient and can do the work, that will save you $$.

I don't have a trailer, so I had the boat hauled and had it installed.I had the original dealer install it and it was done even better than I expected.
