Evening folks, it's nice and stormy here so I thought I'd introduce myself while sitting on the front porch watching the hail come down. I'm Zac and I'm from central Oklahoma. Just bought myself a 2008 Sea Ray 195 Sport. It has the carb'd 5.0 Mercruiser and factory bimini. Also has dual battery setup with perko switch and aftermarket radio and speakers. I'm looking forward to taking her out for the first time on Sunday. It should be 80* and sunny with a slight breeze so I couldn't think of a better day for it. I only wish it weren't yellow...Here are some pics, enjoy!!!

Zac,

That boat looks hot man!! I actually love the yellow and decals. It's definitely an eye catcher! Best of luck with her & welcome to CSR!

Welcome Zac!

Personally I like the yellow! It looks pretty hot and a very clean boat.

Thanks for the pics (we like pics here) and happy boating!

Welcome aboard Zac, and that's a mighty fine looking boat you have there.

Welcome aboard! I think she looks lovely I like the yellow:)

Thanks all, did I mention only 53 hours? That's actually why I ended up with her over two 2005 model (Glastron and four winns) fuel injected boats for the same price, well worth it to me...going out today so I'll try to take a few mor pics and have a run report tomorrow!

Enjoy the ride, I hope alll goes well. BTW, I forgot to mention that I like the rims on that trailer too. It's a very cool set-up.

I normally don't like yellow boats but that looks great, welcome aboard.

So got her out yesterday. Started right up, idled great, and warmed up quickly and ran great. I am not used to all of those things happening at the same time!!! Got to make 3-4 laps around the lake switching from idle speed, cruise speed (3000 rpm, 29-31 mph) and WOT. Was able to fit more drinks than I thought possible in the under-seat ice boxes which was nice, I hate using room on the boat for ice chests. I did have a hard time with a few things though. The throttle and steering wheel are a lot stiffer than my last boat so that will take some getting used to (and may or may not have already caused a bit of dock rash yesterday...) and the tach and speedo are reversed from the last boat so that is also taking some getting used to. I was constantly worried about my RPM's being right at 4800-5200 at WOT and top speed being 42 MPH (I know max is 4800) until I noticed the difference. But when I did notice it was a huge relief!!! But fit and finish is great. Virtually no vibration, especially when compared to the old 4 banger I had before. I am very happy with my purchase and Sea Ray overall so far!

Sweet rig. Make me itchy waiting for my survey tomorrow!!!!!!!!! :D

They're not of my boat (unfortunately), but here are a few pics of a nice (very, very, very expensive) boat at the lake over the weekend...
