I'm in Bayville. Been here for over 20 years now....Wow...sounds like a long time when I type that.....anyway, where are you docked? Is this your first boat, or your first time boating in Barnegat Bay?
Since Impulse has flown the coop and gone to the Chesapeake, there's an open space at the "secret spot"......you may have to go through some 'hazing', and do some funky dance, but it will be worth it!!!!

Hey Dom thanks for the quick reply, I actually am on the water in Forked River Beach so the boat is behind the house.
I have lived down here for 3 years and had a Key Largo 220 WA that I used for fishing. Decided to upgrade to the AJ since it has some more family friendly features and the kids love going over to Tices Shoals for the day. First time SeaRay owner.

Hi Joe, welcome to the club. I'm in Chadwick Beach Marina. We've been there for the past two seasons and love it. We're still learnig the area and looking for interesting spots. So far mostly we're in Silver Bay and Tices Shoals. Hope to see you around.

Welcome Joe,
I'm docked at Ocean Beach Marina. This is my 18th year. Love to go crabbing and clamming. Silver bay was great spot to anchor and swim. Jelly fish have taken over. We also go up Tom's river for day. Best is Tices to stay overnight, weather permitting. :thumbsup:

Just found this forum a week or two ago.
I jumped on a 1997 280SS last year, and I keep it in Silver Bay along with a few jetskis and an old, old sailboat.
I generally roam north of the 37 bridge, with frequent stops down to Water's Edge
Not a huge fan of Tices shoal -> too crowded for my tastes!

Sounds like a perfect candidate for the secret spot.....a few weeks of initation hazing and you may be given the coordinates..... :thumbsup:
