new owner...looking for advice

i am getting ready to buy a 2004 sea ray 200 and am wondering if my 1997 ford explorer will be able to pull it?
also i have never owned a boat...been around my dads all the time growing up but wondering if this would be a good first boat?

My 2003 20' select with 5.0l, br 3 outdrive, trailer and gear tipped the scales at 5000 lbs. You'll need to check your owners manual for its towing limit. Also whether frequent or ocassional towing short distances should be considered. Do you have surge or electric brakes on the trailer.
