Looks like our former mod. is now employed again. Guess I'll have to watch my comments - no more wise cracks :x .

He responded to an ad we put on craigslist.com. I didn't ask for a resume so I hope he's OK

To Adim and mods:

Before I get in trouble, can the word canbote or any derivative of said word/vessel be mentioned anywhere in the message body of a thread? If not, can (no pun intended) the words can and bote be mentioned as seperate words in the message body of a thread?

Thank you.

Richard's got my vote. Good job! And just when he was going to collect unemployment. Good timing!

Searide, I did not know you could spell "Canbote" much less abuse one.

Brian, I am looking forward to a ride in that new 300. Can't wait to see some pictures.

Oh and just so you'll know, I had to take a 10 percent pay cut to compete with out sourcing.

Good to see we are still in good hands....you do still have the bullet don't you?

Wesley

I had been hording them for years. Used a whole box of them over on a other board. I still could not find where Frank hide my bazooka. That would have really woke them up.

So Rich,

Looks like canbotes are fair game on CSR. Just to be Fair and Balanced canbotes should have equal representation on CSR.

Stihlbolts, you have the Last Word - One Paragragh - Go  .

Ok Sea Ride you just have to keep bringing up canbotes, you just could not leave it alone, now take this.

I'd pay you lots of money to lose that picture, LIKE NOW. You're great with photoshop by the way.

Please notice who is captain of this vessel, none other than our highly esteemed moderator, Stihlbolts. Is this grounds for demotion?????

I just can't believe the moderators are letting this post get hijacked. :smt021

I thought discussion of Canbotes on this board can only happen with written prior approval. :smt018

Hmmmmmmmmmm.............I just noticed how comfortable Charley looks on that Canbote. :smt101

:smt043 This moderator is on the floor laughing....but seriously Barney can defend himself on this one or delete and collect the offering that was put on the table :smt043

:smt038 :smt043  hee hee hee da devil made me do it.

What you can't see since I am behind the console. The captain's chair reclines, is heated, vibrates/mesages, has beer cooler at the right hand and remote control fishing rod controls on the left side. That is extreme luxury, why even SR don't have a captain's chair that nice.

The captain's chair ....... has beer cooler at the right

Is that why they call them "CAN" boats......

OSD...and they use oversized beer cans for flotation as well.

Rich, you forgot to mention my favorite feature. I believe this one was equipped with daytime running/headlights. You didn't even have to turn on the docking, sorry I mean headlights, as they come on immediately once your turn the key on  .

I can't belive it....I've been here less than one day and that "canbote" thing has come up again.............!

And, Barney............bring me the bullets back right now....you may only keep one.....................

Charlie, you missed the best feature. Did you not see the beer girl button? Push the button and beer girl in bikini pops up and hands you a cold one of your choice. She even bends over to reach in the cooler for you. Problem was that it also came with a mother in law buttong. :smt089 Admiral gets to push that one. :smt021

Awe Frank, come on, can't a guy ever have fun! :smt119

Nope missed that one Rich  . Have you heard about the anti-cruiser chafe? This is the latest in cruiser warfare. The CMO (Canbote Mfg. Org.) has collaborated with PBR and devoloped a unique defense system. If the detection system senses a cruiser closing in, the automatic chafe system is armed and then dumps thousands of empty beer cans from various deck mounted locations directly in the path of the approaching cruiser. This system is especially effective when deployed at a dead stop in the middle of the ICW.
