New mfd with stereo control

Just got into an 08 SD 310 with vessel view, c80 mfd.

I would like to upgrade the mfd and stereo head. I would like to control the stereo from the mfd. Looks like I need to install a nmea 2000 backbone.

Anybody have some recommendations on mfd and head end equipment?

Fusion and Garmin works nicely. Many possibilities.

Raymarine axiom also interface via N2K and even have Spotify now too.
