Hello to all you searay boater.

I have a question regarding inverters. Mine is a xantrex prosine 2.0 and I'm wondering if I have it wired wrong. The hot leads from shore power is wired to the input, and the output lead is wired to the main panel. However, In the boat manuel for the 1999 270 sundancer , it states that the white wire is hot and the black wire is nuetral, and the green wire is ground . If that is correct do I need to change the wires from the inverter. presently They are connected as to color match, w/w,b/b,g/g. I ask because every time I plug it to shore power at home it trips the circuit breaker, and when I plug to shore power at the marina it works, but with a faint glow on the reverse polarity bulb. If somebody could advise me I would appreciated very much, thank-you
