We have been boating since 2005 out of Reefpoint Marina, Racine WI. We moved up to a 2007 38 Sundancer last season after our 2004 Sundancer

Welcome aboard. Just curious, why the move from a 340 to a 380... Gas or Diesel... We really like the 380, but not many for sale in our neck of the woods.

Our 38 is a whole lot more boat then the 320. The comfort is better with the ammenities of the sport yacht class; we were looking for three things: a real mattress, a freezer so we can do longer Lake Michigan trips, and the hardtop.

We were looking for a 40, but there wasn't any available and the 38 is a nice boat. It is much easier to drive, great ride, and doesn't get blown in the wind nearly as much. The E120 is much inproved over the C we had in that it sits right in front of the helm and has the big screen.

We really loved our 320, but the 38 is great.

We have standard 8.1's with V drives.

We own two slips in the Gaslight Pointe Marina, love it up there!

Well I suppose I should say hello, I'm currently a Maxum 3500 SCR owner, selling her and trying to find a good pre-loved SeaRay bridge 480, I have a young family and find the 3500 a bit small with the usuals we go out with, I'm from Perth Western Australia and have been boating for 17 years, slowly but surely getting bigger and bigger in size, I look forward to getting the information from this forum as I'm a sucker for learning as much as I can about something before I spend my cash on it, I also like forums for the ability to share my knowledge with anyone I can, saying that I am only ever letting you know my experience and as I have found with boating, the same symptoms don't always lead to the same cause but heck I will chime in if it's happened to me

Look forward to hearing from you all
