 New to the forum. My name is Greg and I'm an aquaholic. Just bought my 3rd Searay, a 2007 240 Dancer.
We are based in the Middle River, MD area off the Chesapeake bay.
Previous boats were a '77 Searay Cuddy, and a '87 270 Sundancer. After selling the 270 we waited a few years and got the bug again. Decided to buy new this time to avoid older boat headaches. Am really chomping at the bit to get out there and get some cruising in.

welcome....enjoy that new Sea Ray !...spring is coming !

Greg, welcome! This is a great forum. I value it a lot.

Enjoy your boating this season. Your's starts a bit earlier than ours here in Iowa.

Welcome to the club Greg.... I really like the 240 Dancers. When do you take deliver? Post some pics when you get a chance....
Thanks for all the welcomes. Delivery is scheduled for spring 2007?
The boat is in stock. Just waiting for the weather to break. I typically had my boats in the water in early April to avoid the rush. The dealer says that should be good for them.
Pics will come later. :smt001

We went to the dock this afternoon and saw that the Oh Me! had taken up residency on our dock! It was our first Searay, a 2000 240 DA! It was very emotional seeing her there....docked with her new name...the Everclear! But it was really nice to see her and walk around and make sure they were taking care of her!!! I guess I will meet the folks that own her now! Our 240 was an awesome boat, that took care of us thru hell and high water!!! The Oh Me!! is a awesome 280, but it does bring back some memories to see the Oh Me!

Enjoy your 240....they are classic!

Welcome to the board and back into the SeaRay family.

I like to say the 1st day of spring is the Daytona 500.

welcome greg.
one thing you will notice on the 240 is the way she pops out of the water with the 5.7 and bravo 3 drive.you will hit 35 mph with a full load with room to spare.nice dry ride for all pasengers too.

good luck and enjoy :smt038
