Hello everyone from beuatiful Detroit..Michigan. It is a pleasure to be on this site. If anyone needs help regarding your Ray, I'll do what I can. Thanks for having me.

Hello and welcome. How does the 33 with 6.2's and Axius do? I bet it's a nice combo performance wise - light weight, low drag. Any idea how it compares to the 8.1's w/ V-drives for cruise speed, efficiency, and time to plane?

Welcome aboard. Remember to update your signature with your boat info.

Hello, regarding your questions: Speed @ cruise 29mph(gps) @ 3650 rpm...Wot @5125 rpm 42.6mph....Fuel Econ-cruise-24 Gph...Wot-44gph...best thing about this boat is she handles like a much smaller vessel..due to the axius system. At the dock, she is amazing...try sideslipping diagonally...I can now do it (took a little practice).
The boat is very cool-three refrigerators, electric bed forward, Bar-B-Que Grill, Aft Seat....Walk around AND a walk-thru windshield. LOVE IT!!!

Congrats on the 330.

I noticed you moved up from a 2007 310- wondering if you feel that the 330 was a large enough jump and what your reasons are for moving? Is there a specific feature of the 330 that sold you?

Did you look at the 350?

If the GPH at fuel econ cruise is 24 gph, what's the speed?

The foot of the bed retracts toward the bow as the head of the bed angles up. I makes more room in the salon when the bed is not in use, or, if you find it comfortable, it props you up in bed to watch tv or.... whatever.

Welcome, the 33 is indeed a nice boat, we checked one out last summer, but decided to pass on the deal, something just wasn't right for what we wanted so, still looking...

Hello Mike,

We purchased our 2008 31' Sundancer w/ Axius in June. We are getting the same performance as you with our engines and yes I came down our Marina entrance on a Sunday morning DIAGLINALY just to show off, it was great. We have our boat in the Great South Bay on the south shore of Long Island. The only problem we had was that MerCruiser changed out our lower outdrive and installed a heavy duty unit. They where afraid that with the Axius system that the outdrive was not powerful enough to take all the engine changes. We are still waiting for the updates the Auto Pilot, Auto Heading and Skyhook. I was told by my salesman that the Skyhook feature is in the Courts. Have you heard anything about this?

I'll have to share this one with the Mrs tonight! ;-)

Sounds like a great boat. I read the write ups on it and all were favorable. Just curious, where is the third fridge?

Hello...the refrigeration is in three locations: one in the cockpit, one standard in the galley and a secong behind the door in the galley housing a drawer/utensils...this is a box style unit...really handy for odd-sized items!!!

Looking forward to seeing you going sideways out in the bay next season......... :) :) :)

Where are you keeping your boat ???

Don,

We have our boat at SS3 - Marine Max in Lindenhurst. on the Great South Bay. Where do you keep yours? I was just down to the Marina yesterday to check on her. She is high and dry I wanted to make sure if we had a hull damage. We hit a tire coming out of Watch Hill on Oct. 19th of this year and it wrapped around the port prop. There wasn't any damage to the engine, we made it back to lindenhurst on one engine. 45 min. to Watch Hill and 2 hours back. All and all it was a good experience. Ihope to see you out there.

Hey Don....... I know SS3 M/M well. I've purchased 4 boats ( used ) from them over the past 10 years. My most recent is my 1995 370 DA.

I live on the water in Copiague....and keep the boat in my back yard.

Again.....Good Luck with your new boat........and we look forward to meeting you !

Hope your New Year's went well, we started a calendar and we have 89 days until the boat goes in. We are going to have a TracVision-M1 installed in March. We saw it at the New York Boat Show. Have you heard anything about it.

Here's to a great 2009 season
