I am new to the Sea Ray forums, but not new to boating. I am a member of iboats.com and restored a Glastron SX-190 last winter. We love the boat, but need something bigger.
We are going to look at a 1992 240 Bowrider tomorrow and I had a couple of questions.
1. The Capacity plate only says 8 people, but it has a 454 and is just huge. We were looking a a 1997 Sea ray 210 and it is rated for 10. What gives? This could make the decision for us not to buy it.
2. The boat looks great and the interior is perfect. I will be doing a complete survey tomorrow, but I wanted to see what a decent price for these are. He is asking 8k.
