New engine for 2005 260 Sundancer: Reman FWC 383MPI or new RWC 350MPI?

I am replacing the engine on my 2005 260 Sundancer. I have been offered two options: (a) a new 350MPI 300HP raw water cooled MerCruiser; or (b) a remanufactured 383MPI 350HP fresh water cooled Black X MerCruiser.
I operate my boat in the ocean, but it is kept out of the water when not in use.
Forgetting about the price (a little higher for the new engine) does anyone have any advice on which option is the better choice for me?

For me it would depend on the warrantee offered for the respective engines. My guess is the remanf would be on the order of months, whereas the new one would be in years. All else being equal, bigger is better. There is also some value added for the fresh water cooled engine, particularly in the salt.

You will not get all the salt out of a raw water cooled engine even with flushing. Risers in salt water last 5 years on our boat. They are rusted at the end of 5 years.

I'd also definitely vote for the fresh water motor in salt water. Raw water, even if you replace the usual wear items, will probably be much harder to sell when the time comes...
