New Brake System--Concerns

I have repalced my rotted out drum system with a new disc sytem. Actuator and discs went on without a problem. I am preparing to finish running the lines and have some concerns. I will have to drill larger holes to get the main flex line to go down through the frame and a LARGE one to get it to come out. Is there any reason that i wouldn't be able to just run it down the outside/boat side of the frame? Was considering using some type of conduit to run it through to attach it to the frame?

no reason you cant do that.

our factory trailer is ran that way. i wouldn't run it in conduit. to much chance to hold water and rust out.

i would spray lines with some good rustolium or galvanizing paint.
