Anyone looking for Boat Storage the finally opened one I'd been waiting on (3 years in the making).
It's in Tampa almost in Pinellas on Hillsborough/Tampa Road right at Race Track Rd across the street from the Oldsmar Flea Market behind the Publix Shopping Center.
It's Paved, with 24 access security gates. Security Cameras and Lights. Has a place to wash your boat and flush it out. If you have a way to pump out your head there is a place for that as well but not an actually pump out machine like I need for my boat.
There will be alot of pampering services like valet and such.
Outside right now is going to be $5 per foot. Measured from tip of trailer to end of outdrive or swim platform. Covered which is still in the works will be $7 a foot and inside storage will be $10 a foot per month.
I am still undecided myself if I will make it my new home or stay down in Punta Gorda but if you decide to make it your home I'd appreciate you mention my name Chris Ward to the guy in the event I do make it my home he said he would do a free month for every referal.
It's not the absolute cheapest but for what your paying it's gonna be a nice facility to keep your boat at.
