I am at my wits end. I installed the relay, atc, and control unit. The system was working correctly before Install. When I put system back to original setup it still works correctly. I ran 8 wires from the relay box to the helm. When I put a loop on the 8 wire at the helm I can use it with the regular setup between the pump and the sea ray wire to the trim tab switches; system works fine (proves 8 wires are fine).

When I connect the relay and atc I get the following.
Stbd down button ( no pump noise, hear clicking)
all other buttons ( hear pump noise and clicking)
Port side will go down but not back up.

Any thoughts on what is wrong?

Called tech support and they help me fix the problem. Issue was with the wiring at the atc. I needed to swap my green and yellow wires. There tech support was very helpful .

I had to run 8 wires from the helm to the trim pump in engine room. To do this i had to remove the throttle cover to get access for running the cables. You use 4 wires from the relay by the pump and connect those to the atc. The from the atc you would use the other 4 wires and push the signals back to the engine room and connect into the existing sea ray trim control wires.

Thanks! Did the Sea Ray wires follow the color code in the directions or did you have to trace down what was what? Any pics? Let us know how you like it!

I am interested in doing the same. Photo's would definitely be nice to see.

I will take some photos tomorrow. Yes there colors matched. But all you have to do is match them against the pumps connect plus which they are currently connected to. I still have to take it out and calibrate it and then I will give you my thoughts. While I was at it I also installed the bennett el tonic indicator , since I was running wire anyhow. Make sure you add I chaser string when you pull the wire so you only have to fish it onces.

this is where I mounted the ATC. I still have to clean up the wiring.
