No, it gets a bit of splash back now and then but it stays pretty dry.
I'm not in salt water so it fairs no worse then getting rained on I think.
As for for the Goats.... Aaaaaa naaaa I had better not go there. Back to the Christmas lights,,,, that got Gary's attention.
I must be going the right way. Finished up the canvas top... Can see the lights real good now Gary, What cha think?
