454 Mercs with V drives
Hello all. I'm the proud new owner of a 1995 330 DA with V drive 454's. I've mostly been a sailor since my first boat in 1980 and this is my first power boat since a 36 Trojan tricabin I had for a few seasons in the early 90's. I'm looking forward to learning lots about these boats here....hope you all don't mind lots of newbie questions!

For example...Does anyone know a source for a socket base for the cockpit table? (the flange screwed onto the underside of the table that the pole slides into). The PO made a small butchers block table (drink sized) and used the existing table base for it. I'd like the ability to use both tables. The existing base is about 9.5" in diameter with 6 screw holes and a 2.5" opening for the pole.

Welcome to CSR. You're at the right forum for newbie questions. Good luck with your new boat.

Thanks for the heads up about Flounder Pounder. I not only have a table base on order but new dash panels for instruments and switches.

If you want to send me your email address via a Private Message, I can send you PDF copies of the SeaRay manuals for the 97 330 which is pretty close to the 95. It has the wiring diagrams. Enjoy the 330. Its been a great boat for us.

There is a thread in this forum dedicated to the 330 and much of the posts are related to our generation of 330. So lots to read and learn about on this site. Here is a link to the thread

Congrats on the 330 Dancer. I had two 96's and loved 'em both.

BTW, if you go looking for Flounder Pounder, it's at fpmarine.com.
