New 2005 280 Sundancer/member

Hi gang,

Just signed up and joined the forum. We recently purchased our next vessel and hope to launch her into our lake today or tomorrow. What a crazy boat market and man did we have an adventure finding and getting this beautiful 280 purchased and hauled home. I got a lot to learn but we're not new to boating, just new to this boat. It's actually our 2nd Sea Ray so we know what great boats they are and we finally found our boat! Glad to also find the forum, I've got a lot of searching a reading to do. I'll post picks from the launch when we get her in the water. So glad to have a Sea Ray again. I think I scored a great boat! Very excited.....

Thanks for the link Jim. I've already started reading but I have a lot to read. We did get the boat launched and have enjoyed a few brief voyages so far. Wow, the wife and I are so thrilled with this boat. It's quite a step up from our old '98 2855 Bayliner. Still haven't gotten a decent pic on the water but here's a pick from our adventure of purchasing the boat and loading it prior to heading back home with her.
