What's a Maxum owner doing on here? :lol:
Our previous boat was a 200 Maxum 2400 SCR with the 5.0..a great boat. And Stan's boat is all that, we boarded it at BIH, she is a beauty. Stan on the other hand......:lol:
Oh, back to the job..if it's that bad, resign..I just did, been out of work for almost 4 weeks..best thing I ever did. Life is way to short to spend 8-10 hours a day somewhere you are not happy/satisfied/challenged. I started planning for this about a year ago though.

I have been in your shoes and I have had employees come to me complaining about the company. My advise to them and myself is the same that I am going to give to you.
We have 2 choices....work within the system or move on down the road. Sounds like it's time for you to make a move. Things will not get better, your boss will not change and as someone said, life is way to short to be this frustrated about work.
Pulling up stakes and relocating your family is very difficult but I have done it 7 times and each one of those times worked out better than the last one. I now have the best job I have ever had, live in a great area and I am getting things in place for retirement.
Get your resume professionally updated, find a good headhunter and go where you will be appreciated.

I dont care if he sees this, I am filing a complaint with the labor board on him. My current check was just shorted over 14,000.00. I have sent my resume out to several companies, and will find other employement. I cant take it anymore.

14K? Wow. You sure have a right to be ticked. I wish you the best and hope you find a better job. My job sucks too, but at least I get paid every week.
