Need some positive thoughts - update 3/12

Yesterday the devil whispered in my ear:
"You are not strong enough to withstand the storm".

Today I whispered in the devil's ear:
"I AM the storm."

Scott, in the next 48 hours you will be on the minds of many of your fellow CSR members, all of whom are wishing you well and praying for your speedy and full recovery. Take all of our thoughts with you into surgery. We all have our hands on your shoulders.

Now go kick that devil's ass!

You have got this Scott! Like many others I will be lifting up prayers tomorrow for you. Having gone through a cancer event myself, I know how scary it can be but you will make it through. We are here for you!
 
Thank you everyone, surgery is scheduled for tomorrow. I'm kind of a basket of nerves today, but it will be a relief to have the tumor out of my body. Thank you in advance for the continued thoughts and prayers.
 
Scott, if God is with you then who can be against you? The anxiety is understandable but remember that you are never alone. God will be there to guide the hands of your surgeon.

We all will be here too. You have much to do in life and this hiccup will pass. You are going to be okay.
 
Good luck tomorrow, Thoughts & Prayers to you and your family. Close your eyes and put yourself on the boat, it will be over before you know it and look forward to a fast recovery.

sfergson727 Good Luck Tomorrow Brother, one of my life long best friends had one kidney removed about 7-8 years ago with pretty much the same kinda ordeal he's great like nothing ever happened.You got this man God Bless You !!! Won't be long that dark cloud hanging over you will be blown away with Hurricane Force Winds and there will be nothing but Sunshine and Beautiful Boat riding for You...... Prayers for you and your family headed your way !!!
 
I will be thinking about you but don’t be scared, go with flow. These doctors are amazing, wen I woke up I had a nice girl looking at me, Dr Kennedy, first thing I said to her, “how to you people get so fkn smart to do this stuff?” She laughed and became my buddy, NONE of them work 20 hours a day after 12 years of the hardest school we can’t imagine to do it for money. They are angels on earth and they will fix you!!! Love them, you will hurt, don’t take it out on them.
