Looking at the Bennett website for electric TT (I do not want Smart Tabs) the fitment for my boat seems to be 12x9 ? Not sure if that is an appropriate size tab for my SRV180 ?

Would this be too large?

Reason I don't want smart tabs is to control lateral plane as well for varying loads. I may want the bow up sometimes and at times bow down, port and starboard controls as well.

Thanks.

Go to the trim tab forum and ask there. The gentleman from Bennett wil respond. He is more than helpful and great to work with.

We recommend 12 x 9 Trim Tabs for boats 15 - 19 feet. I just Googled SeaRay 1970 SRV 180s and spent some time looking at them, The 12x9 is what I would install if it was my boat.

I hope this helps,
