Need parts for 1978 Sedan Bridge 300

:smt100 In desperate need of the aft hatch (there are 2 in the bow, i need the aft one, on the slope). Also interested in just about any other random parts - let me know what you have. I understand that the hatches on the express are the same as the sedan bridge.

My 30 Sport Bridge took on water. Insurance totaled it. But no salvage company has made offer, its still in my slip and they want to sell it back to me. Had ust put in new(reman) reverse rotation engine, rebuilt trannny etc.... Water got in cabin and half way up engines.
Was thinking of parting it out or they may sell you the whole thing if you want that many parts.

wow that's a shame - hope the insurance is going to help you. i can't imagine needing the whole thing, but let me know if you end up parting it out and what you would take for the hatch. do you have any pics and where are you located?

Will 78 parts work on a 77. I amin the process of restoring a 77 30' sedan bridge and might be able to get some items off your hands, even the whole baot if the insurance is will to work. Let me know and we can work from there. I need alot of stuff, too much to list here.

Schooner 45 - I have the same boat and needed to replace the forward hatch. I purchased a piece of lexan around 5/8 thick. Using the original as a template i duplicated the angles on a table saw , then used a router to cut the groove for the hatches metal trim. When done I took a small palm sander with a 220 grit paper and made the clear lexan obscured or appear white . Total cost around 40 dollars.

Not sure if your talking about the engine hatches or not but if so I still have these from an old express. If they will work let me know and we can work something out.
