Need Part Numbers For Used 89 160BR

I need to replace the solenoid and alternator on my 1989 160BR with a 3.0 mercruiser stern drive. I can't find any manuals or information online telling me what the part numbers are or what kind to get.

I see alternators listed online that are recommended for my engine that range from $69 to $200.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
