Need part for topside hatch window shade

The clip that holds the topside hatch window shade shut broke on my boat.. Does anyone know where I could purchase a new one?

Oceanaire made mine. Pain to take apart!

The spring on mine failed, so the shade would no longer retract. I contacted Oceanaire through their web site and for a small fee they shipped a new one to me. If yours is made by Oceanaire, I would recommend contacting them to see what they can do.
