Need more low end power

I just got a SeaRay 21 SLX 4.3 220hp 2013 alpha 1.
The boat has a hard time pulling up a slalom skier. Current prop is 3 blade alum 14.5x19r
4600 rpm at wot about 40 mph.
What would be the best prop I don’t care about top end?

You should talk to expert like Ken @ prop god. You want the right one the first time, and he has props you can try out

Just ordered a Q3 stainless 3 blade 17 pitch from Ken
He said it will work great but if I don’t like it send it back and we will try something else.
