Need info/ help 340 Mercruiser Maintenance

1986 SR 340 Sedan Bridge
My able bodied buddy is willing to change/flush the motor coolant and do an oil change, for me. He has a lot of car motor experience.

we would like to see some video/text/pictures to get an idea of everything needed and procedures.

im not finding the info I want on Google. The link here on CSR seems to be broken, or I’m not finding the right place.

I appreciate any guidance that someone could provide.

Just like cars but different. Oil needs to removed through the dip stick. You will need an oil extractor.

My oil drains out a hose that's attached to my drain plug. It takes a little longer but is very a very clean way to do it
