I have a 06 185 sport and I have bent the side main long bars for the bimini top.would anyone know if that would be a whole assembly or if it could be fix with just new bars?? anyone have this problem before???it still works ok but makes me sick evertime I look at it.
any help would be great!!!

Haven't done this to mine but I think that you should be able to replace just the piece. The ball and socket design of the poles would suggest that if you can find it, you should be able to replace the bent one. I think the assembly is made by Sunbrella. I'm sure others will verify or correct me if that is wrong. I would start with them as MM will surely be less likely to piece it out.

Good Luck. :smt001

I would recommend going to the sea ray website and downloading the parts manual for your particular boat. See if they have the bimini listed in there. From there you may be able to see if parts are individually listed or if they list the bimini as a complete assy. only. If they do list it with individual parts chances are you can order just the parts you need and by part number.

you can replace just bent bar
depends on your setup it may use set screws or rivets
set screws are easier to work wit but you can always drill out old rivets and replace them with new ones
I recommend go to local canvas shop and let them replace part for you
they will fabricate new bar for you
I don't think that you can buy only single bar from sea ray because they getting this from their vendor
