Need help to ID transducer

1978 Weekender 300
Engines
(2) Chev 350's direct drive via Velvet drive transmissions (Sure like those)
Boat came with these transducers installed and I am unfamiliar with them. I'd like to match up a compatable depth-finder/GPs unit. Tkx

Why? New electronics won't be compatible and the new tech is so much better.
