I am trying to repair this toilet. I'm going to need the main base it looks like. I'm having trouble identifying the head so that I can try to find the parts. Here are a couple of pics. Any help is appreciated.

for me looks like old raritan head
they used to make conversion kits from older style to newer ones.
now I think you be only able to use toilet bowl and replace all bottom parts to newer style

Does that mean the pump and everything?
I guess it will be cheaper to just buy a new complete head.

Hard to tell

The pictures don't really give much of a view of the valve assembly mechanism. The china looks like Raritan the valving is too obscure for the moment. The valves do not appear like the Raritan lever pump type. Did the unit have an electric pump mechanism?

Please send better pics.

This is the only other pic I took. Shows the broken part that needs replaced.
Tell me what pic you need to ID and I'll go take it and send it.

Thanks for the help.

Yuck...what is that brown stuff on the end of the pipe??? :smt043 :smt043 :smt043

lol
That some kind of goop the previous owner used to try to fix the break.

I've sprayed it down with degreaser and clorox and water. Got it clean enough to handle with out getting too grossed out.

Jabsco ?

I suspect that if the pump is manual and the stainless ride sticking up from the valve is a plunger type pump/valve combination then I think this is a Jabsco unit.

I believe both Raritan and Jabsco China bases are universal as to bolt down & gasket. The valving and pumping systems are the big difference in units.

Time for you to surf the net on this one

From I can tell from the info I found on the net, it is a Raritan Compact Head. Not having much luck with parts. Everyone has parts for the Compact II, but not the compact. I'll keep looking. A new jabsco is only about $150. So if I dont find the parts by the time I'm ready to do the install, I'll be buying a new one.

Thanks for the help.
