need help getting 240DA from Chattanooga, TN to Huntsville, AL

I've purchased a 2000 240DA Sundancer w/o trailer. I need to get it from Chattanooga, TN to Decatur, AL. If you are in the area and have a trailer I could borrow/rent or know of a way to find a trailer to borrow/rent, please let me know.

I'm hoping to go get the boat on 1/23/2010.

Call Erwin Marine in Chattanooga and ask if they have someone there who will haul your boat....chances are there is a salesman or an employee that will borrow a trailer and do the job. I moved a boat from TN to MS like this before for a very reasonable price.

I used U-Ship.com and was very pleased. You have to register, post your shipment with a pic where its comming from and going to and shippers bid on it. Also you can check them out as they bid. I had a 300 flybridge shipped from Stockton Ca to Washington, (675mi) for $1500.00 wet loaded and set on stands @ my house.

I also used uship.com and had a great experience. http://www.uship.com/

The vendor used his only trailer, took care of all of the permits, and delivered my boat directly to where I wanted.

The website works like a reverse e-bay auction, where shippers bid on your move. This way, you get the best deal, and don't have to committ to a shipper until you are happy.
