We went to use the cockpit table, stored under the engine hatch, for the first time a couple weeks ago and realized there's no pole, I'm guessing a previous owner forgot to put it back on the boat. The pole for the table in the cabin is too large in diameter.

I think I can go to the hardware store and get a piece of PVC pipe to hold up the table. I forgot to get measurements though and the boats a couple hours away.

Has anyone done something like this before?

Go to a RV store or online...

I think they are a fluted Garelick standard item.

Also, pull up the deating in t he aft compatment and look under all the seat supports…natural hiding place for table supports.

I have two full height pedestals that I won't be using.

Measure the ID of your sockets and if what I have fits, I'll send you one of them.

I'll measure today and we'll see if they line up.

Agreed. My cockpit pole was/is under my helm seat.

I was gonna say to check all your compartments on the boat, mine was located in one of the fold down door compartments in the aft cabin area.

When I was missing the short leg for the sun pad option, I contacted Garelick directly and they had one made for me. Great folks to deal with.

If you pull the parts book for your boat, I think it tells you the diameter and length of the pole that is supposed to be there.

Short leg, that's interesting cuz I noticed the table appears to be shaped to be used to fill in that space with what I assume is a sunpad. So there's a short leg and a long leg?

In that case do you have the filler cushion to make up the sunpad?
