navman tracker 5500 chip

does anybody know where I can get a navman tracker 5500 chip that covers the Long Island New York area?

I believe Navman went out of business in the US 10 years ago when Brunswick sold it off. That said.....I thought they used C-Map cards which are available on ebay.

Thanks. Do those cards on eBay come loaded with buoy information or do I somehow need to get that seperately?
