When my boat was under warranty some time ago, I took it in because the NAV lights stopped working. They told me it was a bad gauge in the dash that was causing the problem and they need to replace it. They even tried to get me to pay for the gauge and I had to put my foot down and eventually they agreed to cover it. Well a similar problem is happening again, and I'm out of warranty now but I'm not really clear on how one of the gauges can cause the NAV lights not to work. Granted this could be a unique problem and I really haven't tried to track it down yet, but I was wondering if gauge thing made any sense to anyone else?
