Naples - Ft. Myers: Fishing Charter

I'm looking for a recommendation on a fishing charter trip in 2021 for 6-10 guys. We usually spend three days playing golf like we are doing this weekend. Our host suggested that next year we forego one day of golf and try our hand at fishing. Now, this is fishing where we really don't care what we catch if anything. Just a group of old friends spending time together. We would prefer to go "outside". Can any of you locals recommend something? I did find this after a bit of searching this afternoon:

Not a local, but it's been a couple of days so I'll offer this in case you want to scope it out before leaving to go back north.
I fish with my friend when I'm here in Ft Myers Beach. When he first bought down here and sold his Sea Ray up north and bought a fishing boat down here, he used a local charter to get acquainted with the area. His condo is within walking distance of the charter docks and over the last few years has become good friends with this particular captain. Wednesday when we went fishing my friend invited the captain out on his boat as he was available and I made his acquaintance. He seems like a good guy and I know from walking over to the docks in the past when the charters come in that he catches fish. I know that he has a 28' boat and takes up to 6 fishermen out at a time. There are bigger boats at the dock though. That's about all I know about him. I didn't get any pics of our catch with him because I was helping to clean the boat while he cleaned the fish. He can clean fish twice as fast as I can, so he did it.

We typically fish 30 to 80 miles out, depending on weather and the bite. I assume he does the same. This time of year we fish primarily for a few different species of snapper and Red Grouper.
Again, no experience with him as a paying customer, but if you are near Ft Myers Beach, it's something. There are several other charters on the same dock as he. They are located on the west side of San Carlos Blvd, just before going over the bridge to the Beach. Good luck.
