This is my 340, my dock, my dinghy, and my truck in the background. This slip is the closest to the inside of the breakwater, faces the barrier island to the SW, and is free of neighbors. Nobody has taken the slip to my Port side, and, hopefully, nobody will take the space to my Stbd. This allows me to pull my dinghy up on the finger dock. There isn't a pole to tie off on on that side, so it should stay vacant. What's your paradise like?

PS - This picture was taken from the breakwater. It opens up to the right of the picture about 50 yards down.

Nice dock. Is that at Tyndall AFB? Looks like it to me.

I think I saw you Labor day at Shell Island --you helped us stern- back to shore with the anchors about 7:30 pm Sunday. You were either the drunk guy in the cowboy hat, or the fairly sober fellow helping us get set up. In any event, we had a good time watching y'alls fireworks after dark.

Oh yeah...Richard was there. He can attest to the drunk dude in the cowboy hat! Must've been John.

I don't wear a cowboy hat - never have. The guy who does is a good friend of mine. He was probably drunk - not that there's anything wrong with that.

That is Tyndall! The fireworks were awesome that night. Frank - the island was a great place to be - not nearly as crowded as it was earlier in the year.
